This notice explains the processing of information related exclusively to browsing, measurement and contact initiated from meditekclinical.com. Clinical care, medical records and informed consents follow their own processes and notices.

2. Browsing-related information
Depending on the preferences you select, the website may process technical data such as browser and device type, language, date and time of access, general visit source, pages or sections viewed, and general actions such as playing a video or selecting a contact button.
We do not send names, phone numbers, emails, questionnaire answers, promotional codes, WhatsApp messages, diagnoses, symptoms, clinical images or medical-record information to measurement tools.
3. Purposes
- Necessary: operate and protect the website, display content correctly and remember your privacy preferences.
- Optional analytics: understand aggregated traffic, performance and general website use in order to improve it.
- Optional advertising measurement: this is not currently active. If enabled in the future, the corresponding preference will be requested before it loads.
Optional purposes remain disabled until you provide consent through the privacy panel.
4. Tools and third parties
With your permission, the website may load Google Analytics 4, provided by Google LLC, for general measurement. Meta Pixel is not configured and does not currently load. Cloudflare infrastructure is used for website hosting, delivery and security.
These providers may process technical information in other countries under their own terms and policies. You can review Google's Privacy Policy and Meta's Privacy Policy.
5. Consent and preferences
On your first visit you may accept all optional categories, reject them or configure them separately. Your choice is stored locally in your browser for up to 180 days. You can change it at any time through the Privacy preferences button in the website footer.
If you withdraw consent, the website stops loading those tools on subsequent visits and attempts to delete measurement cookies accessible from this domain.
6. Forms, promotions and WhatsApp
Current promotions open WhatsApp directly with a prefilled message. The website does not generate unique codes or send or store requests on a server. Communication takes place through WhatsApp and is subject to its terms and to the information you voluntarily submit.
Before a database for requests or unique codes is activated, this notice must be updated to explain the applicable data, purposes, retention and procedures.
7. Rights and requests
You may request information, access, correction, deletion or objection regarding personal data that may be processed directly by Meditek, and may withdraw your consent, by calling +52 428 685 0302 or submitting your request at the address above. To protect you, we may request reasonable information to verify your identity and locate the related information.
8. Minors
This website is not intended for minors to provide personal information without the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. When care is requested for a minor, contact must be made or authorized by their representative.
9. Changes to this notice
Changes to this notice will be published at this same address with an updated date. If a change requires different consent, we will request your choice again.
